1/4 Pound Fiddlehead ferns, the coiled tip of young ostrich fern leaves. Primarily wild harvested in the Pacific Northwest. They have a chewy bite and a flavor similar to okra and asparagus. Fiddleheads are best lightly blanched in salted water and sautéed with a little garlic and olive oil.
